Add automated checks for MIGraphX model compatibility and saved artifacts.
CI should catch model compatibility issues before application code changes reach runtime.

You can store:
ONNX only:
compile on deployment machine
ONNX + MXR:
compile in CI or release build, ship saved programFor reproducible releases, record the ROCm version used to produce the saved program.
